David Black is an experienced litigator focused on complex litigation, including class actions, business and commercial disputes, and matters involving electronic discovery and information management. He also advises clients in the energy, broadband, and technology sectors and provides general counsel services.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Black has tried cases in state and federal courts across the country involving breach of contract, fraud, torts, defamation, and other complex disputes. He has extensive courtroom experience, having led numerous jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in courts across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, David served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kenneth G. Goode of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
