As a member of the Firm's Corporate Group, Daniel Moss concentrates his practice in the areas of entity formation, business planning and counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Daniel served as a law clerk for Justice James L. "Jay" Mitchell, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama.
