At Baker Donelson, we are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. One of the ways we bring this to life is through our employee-led communities, also known as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

These groups connect colleagues who share common identities, experiences, or interests, providing opportunities for dialogue, support, and growth. They serve as powerful platforms for building community, promoting professional development, and advancing our firmwide diversity and inclusion goals.

From mentoring and leadership opportunities to cultural celebrations and advocacy, our ERGs help cultivate a workplace where every voice is heard and every perspective matters. We continue to grow and evolve our ERG offerings based on the interests and needs of our people.
