Mr. Olds is a real estate and transactional attorney with nearly 20 years of focused experience in the wireless communications industry. He represents telecommunications carriers, tower companies, and technology developers in the negotiation and structuring of complex commercial agreements essential to the deployment, expansion, and operation of wireless networks.

Mr. Olds' practice centers on the full spectrum of legal issues associated with wireless infrastructure projects, including:

  • Master lease agreements and site-specific leases for towers, rooftops, distributed antenna systems, and small cell deployments
  • Collocation and sublease agreements
  • Fiber optic and backhaul agreements
  • Build-to-suit and ground lease transactions
