Cheryl A. Geiser is an immigration attorney with nearly 25 years of experience advising employers on U.S. immigration law, compliance, and workforce mobility matters. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certification, and adjustment of status.

Ms. Geiser counsels employers on immigration strategy, corporate immigration policy, and compliance programs, including I-9 and Labor Condition Application (LCA)/Public Access File audits and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) worksite inspection preparedness. She has experience developing and implementing compliance processes, conducting audits, and presenting findings to corporate stakeholders. She also advises on immigration considerations related to international personnel transfers and broader business operations and regularly prepares employment-based petitions and related filings for corporate clients.
