Professional Biography


Mr. Schexnaildre has nearly two decades of experience working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). His in-depth knowledge of FEMA's grant programs positions him as a trusted counselor to clients seeking disaster preparedness and recovery assistance.

Mr. Schexnaildre has more than 19 years of litigation experience, with a focus on arbitrations. He has arbitrated more than 100 cases before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA). Clients rely on Mr. Schexnaildre's distinctive industry knowledge and experience to help them navigate the complicated regulations relating to federal disaster and mitigation management.
