With extensive experience representing both institutional and retail investment advisers, Kiki guides clients through the formation and registration process on Form ADV with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities authorities. She offers practical, business-focused advice on ongoing operations, regulatory compliance programs, and risk management strategies to help advisers remain compliant with evolving securities laws.

  • Advised a New York-based real estate management and investment company in the acquisition of more than $113 million in multifamily apartment projects across four southern states. These transactions required sophisticated legal counsel on complex real estate, financing, and corporate matters, including resolving title issues related to bankruptcy, structuring acquisition financing with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guaranteed loans, and facilitating investor solicitation through a crowdfunding platform.
