As a member of the Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Group, Ms. Worsham defends consumer lending institutions, including banks of all sizes, credit unions, and consumer finance companies in a broad range of litigation matters and disputes, such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, consumer fraud, and allegations of predatory lending.

Ms. Worsham has particular experience defending mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy, default, and other contested litigation involving single‑family and multifamily residential properties.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Worsham served as an assistant district attorney for Terrebonne Parish where she handled a diverse caseload. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to Judge Daniel L. Dysart for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
