Beryl counsels clients through complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and equity and debt financings. She works closely with clients to structure and negotiate deals, draft and review transaction documents, and manage due diligence processes from letter of intent through closing.
In addition to her transactional and regulatory work, Beryl handles a variety of general corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on corporate governance issues, and assisting with entity formation and organizational structuring.
