Baker Donelson's Princeton Office Moves to Permanent Location

Baker Donelson, the national law firm that launched its New Jersey presence in April of this year, has moved its Princeton location into new, permanent space. The Firm now occupies more than 11,000 square feet of office space at 281 Witherspoon Street.

The new location will accommodate further growth for the Firm, which currently has 23 Princeton team members, including 16 attorneys. The office features a large collaboration space with open industrial ceilings.

Anjana D. Patel, managing shareholder of the Firm's New Jersey offices, said, "In choosing our permanent Princeton home, we wanted a space that was appealing for our clients and our people, and that also gave us the capacity to expand our team here. We have a strong foundation in Princeton, with exceptional talent like Anthony Argiropoulos, who is a go-to litigator for clients across the country facing complex litigation, and Andrew Kaplan, a highly regarded transactional attorney in real estate, secured lending, and corporate matters. Their leadership and this new location position us well for continued growth and success in this market."

Baker Donelson's Princeton office is one of two New Jersey locations launched in 2025 as part of a substantial expansion of the Firm's geographic footprint into the Northeast. The Firm's Princeton attorneys include nationally recognized litigators with significant experience in high-stakes matters, building on the depth of Baker Donelson's national commercial litigation practice. The Princeton office also includes leading real estate attorneys whose wealth of experience covers the representation of borrowers in all types of financing transactions; the representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and borrowers in real estate transactions; and counseling emerging and established companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
