Jane H. Downey of the national law firm Baker Donelson has been named to the 2026 edition of South Carolina Super Lawyers.
Ms. Downey is a member of Baker Donelson's Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group and has more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and business debtors and creditors in commercial and consumer bankruptcy matters. She is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and is currently on the list of approved mediators by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina. Ms. Downey is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a mediator and arbitrator.
