Baker Donelson announces that it has elected 13 new shareholders across the Firm.

The new shareholders and their primary areas of practice are:

  • Adam H. Gates (Labor and Employment)
  • Julia M. Kavanagh (Health Care Litigation)
  • Joy Boyd Longnecker (Government Enforcement and Investigations)
  • Kacie McRee (Corporate Finance and Securities)
  • Josh Mullen (Advocacy)
  • Matthew S. Mulqueen (Financial Services Litigation)
  • William M. Osterbrock (Corporate Finance and Securities)
  • Stephen Pudner (Financial Services)
  • Jodi D. Taylor (Labor and Employment)

This year's class of new shareholders is comprised of more than 50 percent women, making it the third consecutive year women have made up nearly or more than half of the Firm's newly elected shareholders. Additionally, more than 50 percent of the new shareholders, including men and women, have taken advantage of Baker Donelson's industry-leading parental leave policy during their time at the Firm.
