Professional Biography


Aubrey Gulledge, an associate in the Firm's Memphis office, is a member of the Health Care Litigation Group. She assists clients in a variety of litigation matters, including health care liability claims, personal injury, torts, and employment law.

While at Belmont University College of Law, Ms. Gulledge earned a health law certificate and was the founding editor of the Belmont Practitioner's Guide to Health Law and Policy. Ms. Gulledge has a master's degree in Health Policy from The George Washington University School of Public Health.

  • Obtained dismissal of a rehabilitation facility in a medical malpractice action based on failure to timely move for substitution of party after death of plaintiff; dismissal upheld by Tennessee Court of Appeals.
