Ms. Eberhardt is a member of Baker Donelson's Financial Services Litigation & Compliance Group.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Eberhardt worked for a consulting company where she consulted for alternative investment firms on regulatory compliance.
Ms. Eberhardt also gained extensive experience in the insurance industry while working as a supervising attorney at a leading commercial insurance provider, where she prosecuted and defended breach of contract matters and violations of New York insurance regulations.
