Ms. Parette represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Texas in areas including commercial and business litigation, insurance defense, financial services litigation, and consumer finance-related litigation. Her clients include insurance companies, financial institutions, and mortgage lending and servicing providers.
Ms. Parette also has trial experience in all stages from inception to conclusion and works with clients throughout the process.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Parette managed premises liability and medical malpractice matters as outside counsel for a multinational retailer.
