Alan represents banks, finance companies, investors, and other market participants in equipment finance, leasing, lending, and other commercial transactions. His practice includes structuring and documenting complex financing arrangements, as well as advising clients on related technology, privacy, and corporate law matters.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Alan served as a law clerk to The Honorable Gregory C. Cook of the Supreme Court of Alabama, where he drafted opinions, memoranda, and other judicial materials addressing issues of Alabama and federal law.
