The CPRA is On the Way: What Your Financial Institution Needs to Do

The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) takes effect beginning January 1, 2023. The law imposes new obligations on institutions across the country and also marks the end of several exemptions under the outgoing California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Therefore, even if your institution implemented robust programs under the CCPA, there is additional work to do to ensure compliance with the CPRA.

This webinar will provide financial institutions with critical information needed to address CPRA compliance, including a discussion of the proposed regulations from the California Privacy Protection Agency and the potential impact of recent enforcement actions. Please join us as we discuss the various issues your organization needs to consider to comply with the CPRA.
