Professional Biography


Tyler helps public and private clients develop, protect, and grow their businesses. He is experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase, lease, nondisclosure, supply, service and consulting agreements, among other critical corporate contracts. He also assists in security regulation, financing, due diligence, and corporate governance/compliance matters.

Prior to his legal career, Tyler interned with Congressman Joaquin Castro through the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) as well as with a Fortune 500 insurance company. He is also passionate about issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Represented a clean energy technology company, developing an advanced, modular nuclear reactor in Canada, in its Series A Preferred Stock offer for $8 million and in continuing corporate governance.

  • Represented a global commodity merchant, focused in biofuels, in connection with the negotiation of its $115 million syndicated credit facility.
