Professional Biography

Ms. Weinberg focuses her practice on long term care providers, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and continuing care retirement communities, in matters related to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and management.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Weinberg practiced at a global law firm in Dallas, where she represented lenders and CMBS special servicers in connection with loan modifications, assumptions, loan workouts, foreclosures and various other servicing matters affecting securitized commercial mortgage loans.

Represented a leading skilled nursing provider in a substantial restructure of its major credit facility. The loan restructure involved more than one hundred nursing homes, home health agencies, hospice providers, and institutional pharmacy providers.
