Mr. Garrott focuses his practice on corporate transactions.
While in law school, Mr. Garrott worked as a summer associate at the Firm, focusing on fraudulent business practices statutes, business entity formation, and corporate due diligence. He also analyzed contracts, tracked promissory note maturity dates, and drafted a memorandum of law on equitable apportionment of underground water in preparation for a fall trial in front of the Supreme Court.
While in law school at Vanderbilt, Mr. Garrott served local pro bono clients in the Turner Family Community Enterprise Clinic and was a member of the Health Law Society and the Law and Business Society.
