Join attorneys from the Baker Donelson Disaster Recovery Group as they discuss the key requirements to ensure access to federal disaster recovery funding and the effective use of that funding for the upcoming 2023 hurricane season. During the program, the speakers will provide an overview of the FEMA Public Assistance Program and the procurement requirements for contracting using FEMA funding, as well as the key provisions that have changed in law, regulation, and policy for this upcoming season.
