Phoebe advises clients on aviation transactional and regulatory matters, including aircraft acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing, and the design of ownership structures that balance operational needs, regulatory compliance, and tax objectives.

She has experience representing high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private companies in aircraft transactions from acquisition through disposition. Phoebe also regularly advises on purchase and sale agreements, leasing arrangements, financing transactions, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliance matters.

Drawing on her tax background, Phoebe helps clients navigate the legal and tax implications of aircraft ownership, developing ownership structures that integrate aircraft into their broader organizational framework while addressing FAA requirements, federal income tax objectives, and state tax considerations. She works closely with lenders, escrow companies, aircraft management companies, charter operators, flight schools, and other stakeholders to help clients achieve their transactional objectives.
