Nicholas represents clients in a broad range of disputes, including pre-suit employment matters, employment litigation, contract termination issues, and non-compete enforcement.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Nicholas served as a Legislative Fellow with the Florida House of Representatives' Insurance and Banking Subcommittee, where he researched, analyzed, and monitored proposed legislation related to consumer financial services, insurance regulation, and banking law. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for Judge Catherine Peek McEwen of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
