Mya Green is a dynamic litigator with a sharp focus on government investigations, antitrust matters, and complex commercial litigation.

Professional Biography


Mya focuses her practice on antitrust, government investigations, and complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across the United States. She manages and leads teams in all aspects of litigation, including managing discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions and other pretrial briefs, and negotiating resolution. With experience in high-stakes government investigations – particularly those involving securities fraud, federal and state grants fraud, and internal corporate investigations – Mya serves as a trusted advocate to her clients. She is also adept at counseling clients in complex litigation, such as nationwide antitrust litigation, class actions, and multidistrict litigation (MDL). Furthermore, Mya has represented a federal equity receiver appointed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In addition to her trial experience, Mya excels at strategic discovery, particularly deposition preparation and defense, and has conducted more than 150 depositions.
