Mr. Leonard works on a variety of matters including mass tort litigation, insurance defense and construction litigation.
Mr. Leonard is a shareholder in the Firm's Complex Litigation and Class Actions Group. His practice focuses on representing businesses in numerous industries and markets, including general contractors, subcontractors, third-party administrators, and motor vehicle carriers, in contract disputes, claims for negligence, fraud or other wrongful acts, disputes among business owners, and insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Leonard assists with the coordination of nationwide litigation for an Atlanta-based global company. His construction practice involves representing construction stakeholders in litigation and arbitrations involving construction defect claims, design defect claims, claims for payment, and insurance and surety claims.
