With the imminent distribution of the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to the health care and long term care communities, facilities will be facing a variety of new legal questions.

This session will focus on whether the vaccine can be mandated for employees, patients, and residents; how vaccinations should be administered and reimbursed; recommended policies for vaccination; and potential liabilities that need to be considered.
