Mr. Richardson helps clients navigate complex real estate transactions. He advises clients on a variety of matters including leasing development and land use, as well as real estate development, affordable housing, public finance and economic development matters.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Richardson worked at a Gulf Coast firm, where he handled matters involving Social Security disability law.
