Kareim Oliphant advises clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

He previously worked as a program specialist for the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development where he focused on developments in workforce development policy and legislation. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable W. Neal McBrayer of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
