Zach Lloyd is a Practice Enhancement Attorney in Baker Donelson's Client Solutions and Innovation Group. He focuses on leveraging legal artificial intelligence (AI), workflow design, and knowledge management to enhance the delivery of transactional legal services. Zach combines more than a decade of corporate and finance experience with experience developing AI-assisted legal workflows designed to help attorneys work more efficiently and consistently across complex engagements.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Zach designed and implemented AI-enabled procurement review workflows, developed agent-based systems for corporate enforceability opinions, and authored comprehensive review playbooks that translated sophisticated legal judgment into repeatable, attorney-facing processes. His experience also includes complex financing transactions, equipment finance, procurement, and capital markets.
Zach earned his J.D. and B.A. from Duke University and is currently obtaining his M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech University.
