Grace Teeters is a Policy Advisor at DB3. Driven by a commitment to finding common ground and bridging political divides, she works across party lines in Congress and the administration to advance pragmatic, bipartisan solutions for corporate and nonprofit clients alike.
Grace engages with all levels of government, including Congress, the administration, tribal governments, and state and local officials, such as the D.C. City Council and Mayor's Office, to advance strategic policy goals. Leveraging her bipartisan relationships, she builds coalitions, cultivates champions, and delivers meaningful results for DB3's clients.
She works on a broad range of issues, including health care, tax, and energy policy, with particular experience in maternal and pediatric health, influenza, psychedelics, cannabis, tariffs, carbon capture, and women's sports. An effective writer, strategist, and communicator, she partners with DB3's health care, tax, and energy teams to develop and execute advocacy strategies that resonate across the political spectrum, fostering enduring relationships between clients and policymakers.
Grace also leads DB3's Public Policy Clerk program, drawing on her progression from Public Policy Clerk to Associate to her current role as Policy Advisor. Her career spans both the public and private sectors, including roles in the office of D.C. Councilmember Brooke Pinto and at Ogilvy Government Relations, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on public policy and government affairs.
