Drew Bigelow focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients across a wide range of corporate transactions and regularly counsels corporate clients on deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation and drafting, and execution. His practice also encompasses general corporate governance, entity formation and management, and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Bigelow clerked for Chief Justice William L. Waller, Jr., Mississippi Supreme Court, and for The Honorable Cory T. Wilson, Mississippi Court of Appeals. While in law school, he clerked for The Honorable Neil P. Olack, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
