He has tried cases to verdict across the state, including serving as first chair in jury trials, and recently secured defense verdicts for both an insurance carrier and a policyholder in a third-party liability matter.
David's practice focuses on property, general liability, insurance coverage, subrogation, and commercial disputes. He guides clients through every stage of the claims and litigation process, from pre-suit strategy and risk assessment through trial and post-judgment recovery. He also represents creditors and financial institutions in collections, foreclosures, evictions, and consumer protection litigation and has experience in construction disputes involving owners, contractors, and suppliers.
