The national law firm of Baker Donelson has relocated its Charleston office to new, larger office space that will accommodate the Firm's plans for continued growth in Charleston and across the Carolinas.
Baker Donelson, which launched its Charleston presence in September 2022, now occupies office space on the seventh floor of Morrison Yard, overlooking the Cooper River at the base of the Ravenel Bridge.

In addition to offering us the capacity to add new colleagues as the Firm expands in Charleston, the office was designed with our clients and the community in mind, to create a unique, inviting space for collaboration and hospitality."
Developed by interior design firm MurphyMeyers, the office suite includes a reception area with seating, unique artwork, and custom signage. A nearby hospitality area is furnished with a central island and banquette seating for working and entertaining. The suite has small and large meeting rooms that offer flexibility in furniture layout, room sizing, and audio/visual needs. The office also features state-of-the-art technology and equipment that provide capabilities to meet changing market demands.

Baker Donelson has more than 650 attorneys and public policy advisors across more than 20 offices in 11 states and Washington, D.C. With a focus in recent years on significantly growing its presence in the Carolinas, the Firm launched its Charleston office in September 2022 with four shareholders. Less than a month later, the Charleston team doubled in size with the addition of another group of four attorneys. There are currently 13 Charleston team members, including nine attorneys. Baker Donelson has had a location in Columbia, South Carolina, since 2016 and launched its first North Carolina location in October 2021 with an office in Raleigh/Research Triangle.
