Baker Donelson has been recognized at the 24th Annual M&A Advisor Awards as the winner of the Cross-Border Deals of the Year (Over $1B) category. These prestigious awards, presented by The M&A Advisor, recognize the leading transactions, firms, and professionals in the mergers and acquisitions field.
Baker Donelson was recognized for its role as legal counsel to IMC Logistics – the largest marine drayage provider in the nation – in a strategic partnership agreement with one of its longtime customers, Kuehne+Nagel, in acquiring 51 percent of the company. Baker Donelson was named a finalist for the same deal in three other categories: Law Firm of the Year, Industrials Deal of the Year (Over $1B), and M&A Deals of the Year ($1B to $5B).

The winners were announced at the Black-Tie Awards Gala during the 2025 Future of Dealmaking Summit on November 18 and 19 in New York City.
