The category recognizes organizations that have developed and implemented programs supporting the well-being and welfare of employees and other stakeholders.
The American Lawyer Industry Awards honor achievements across the legal profession, including initiatives that address workplace culture, employee well-being, social responsibility, and access to justice. The Corporate Culture & Wellbeing category specifically recognizes organizations that have demonstrated a sustained commitment to fostering healthy, supportive workplace environments.
Launched in 2024, BakerWell reflects the Firm's commitment to supporting the long-term well-being of its attorneys and business services professionals. The program brings together resources, educational programming, and support services focused on mental, physical, and financial wellness. Its offerings are designed to be accessible across offices, roles, and experience levels through live programming, on-demand resources, and expanded care options.
