Baker Donelson has added Kristin S. Tucker as of counsel in the Firm's Atlanta office, where she joins the Commercial Litigation Group. An experienced commercial litigator, Ms. Tucker represents businesses and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes, with particular experience in partnership and minority shareholder disputes, contract and business tort claims, real estate litigation, and intellectual property matters.

Ms. Tucker joins Baker Donelson as the Firm continues to grow its Atlanta office. Her arrival follows the recent addition of labor and employment attorney Cheryl A. Geiser, who joined the Atlanta office earlier this month.
Throughout her career, Ms. Tucker has represented clients in complex disputes involving contracts, business torts, partnership and shareholder matters, real estate, trade secrets, and other intellectual property issues. She has litigated matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts and has represented clients in disputes involving significant financial exposure and complex legal and factual issues.

Ms. Tucker earned her B.A. from Agnes Scott College, where she graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she received a merit scholarship. Ms. Tucker is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy and the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford University.
