Preparing for Hurricane Season: Updates to FEMA's Program and Procurement Rules


Join Baker Donelson's Disaster Recovery team as we discuss key updates related to FEMA disaster assistance. During this webinar, the speakers will provide an overview of the FEMA Public Assistance Program and the procurement requirements for contracting using FEMA funding, the administrative appeals process, in addition to sharing practical tips and lessons learned from their past experience and recent events.

Who Should Attend?
Representatives of public entities, including local and state governments, public hospitals and public school districts, as well as representatives of private non-profit entities that provide governmental-type services, including utilities, hospitals, custodial care facilities and private educational facilities, who are interested to learn more about FEMA funding and eligibility should register to join us for this event.

Continuing Education Credit:
This program is being submitted for 1.0 hour CLE credit in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas. Materials will be provided for submissions to additional states. In order to receive CLE credit, participants must attend the program live. CLE credit cannot be awarded to viewers of the recorded program.
