Two Baker Donelson Attorneys Recognized in 2020 BTI Client Service All-Stars List

Baker Donelson attorneys Mark A. Baugh and Brad Trammell have been recognized by BTI Consulting Group, the leading provider of strategic research to the legal community, in its 2020 Client Service All-Stars list.

Attorneys included in the BTI Client Service All-Star list were singled out by name for delivering superior client service during in-depth, independent interviews conducted by BTI with top legal decision makers. Mr. Baugh and Mr. Trammell were both nominated by a Fortune 100 financial services firm. Baker Donelson is among only 87 law firms to have more than one BTI Client Service All-Star.

Mr. Baugh is chair of the Firm's Diversity Committee and a shareholder in Baker Donelson's Nashville office, where he concentrates his practice in litigation and representing employers in employment-related issues. He represents and advises local, regional and national clients in several states in employment-related disputes and investigations. Mr. Baugh has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in Employment Law – Management and Labor and Employment Litigation since 2018.

A shareholder in Baker Donelson's Memphis office, Mr. Trammell concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. His commercial litigation experience has a focus on financial services litigation, including mortgage servicing and equipment leasing disputes. Mr. Trammell has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Banking and Finance Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation. He was named the 2017 and 2012 Memphis Litigation – Intellectual Property "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers.
