Mr. Nanovsky collaborates with lenders and lessors on a variety of commercial finance transactions, with a focus on financings for Jones Act vessels and corporate aircraft. Mr. Nanovsky also assists clients in equipment financing, floorplan financing, and related secured transactions.
Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Nanovsky assisted small and medium-sized businesses on all aspects of their business lifecycle. Additionally, he worked with lenders and lessors in navigating workout and bankruptcy matters.
