Professional Biography


Gillian Felix is an associate in Baker Donelson's Baltimore office and a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Group. She assists clients in state and federal courts across Maryland in employment litigation matters, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.

With experience in more than 25 trials, Ms. Felix is a skilled litigator who defends her clients against discrimination and wrongful discharge matters and has also presented arguments before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

Prior to joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Felix served as an assistant state attorney in the Office of the State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida where she tried misdemeanor and felony jury cases. She subsequently garnered experience at other firms in commercial and business litigation, premises liability, and construction litigation.
