On June 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States interpreted Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, to include workplace protection for gay and transgender employees, settling decades of legal arguments about the existence and scope of protections for these employees.

Join us as we explore the Court’s Opinion and the ramifications for employees and employers. During this webinar, we will address the need for communication around this clarification of Title VII’s scope, the need for updated or amended policies or other formal company action, and other related compliance and human resource administration issues.
