The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the debt collector in Hunstein but did not resolve all of the issues facing debt collectors and other financial service companies. Proper compliance and proactive litigation is thus more critical than ever. This seminar will give you the tools to do just that. We will provide an overview of the FDCPA, as it exists today as established through Hunstein and the latest rulings across the country. You will get in-depth analysis of the issues being litigated now, and those just across the horizon.
