All employers should attend this breakfast. Together, we'll confront the HIPAA in the room, reviewing the new changes to HIPAA regulations. We'll also get "hip" with recent developments in the obligations of employers to protect and secure the personal information of their employees, including state data protection and breach notification laws.
Continuing Education Credit:
This program is pending CLE credit approval in the state of Tennessee. This program has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review.
