8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Program

Please join Baker Donelson Shareholder Jonathan Hancock for a discussion on the policies and procedures companies should consider implementing  to govern employee use of social media.  Should certain devices, apps or sites be banned altogether, and if so, which ones and why?  Similarly, should content on certain sites be restricted, and if so, how?  Join us as we explore these and other issues, such as optional policy language and provisions, risks associated with the implementation of such policies and  with the decision not to adopt certain measures, and best practices for handling issues as they arise under these policies.  This session will be the kick-off for a series of social media-related discussions that will cover topics ranging from employment issues to risk management and liability.

Program, breakfast and parking are complimentary. Space is limited for this event.
