Like schools, workplaces can suffer from the adverse impacts of bullying and unproductive, aggressive behavior.  Recent studies conclude that workplace bullying often inflicts more harm on a workforce than even sexual harassment.  As the national focus on bullying and similar behavior continues to identify and condemn such behavior, bullying cases are starting to hit the court system and can result in expensive and troublesome awards to employees.  Join us for breakfast on July 19, 2012 as we discuss this lurking problem, how to avoid it, and ways to address bullying in your workforce if it already exists.  From topics such as confronting the bullying boss to the proper training and anti-bullying policy, we will explore this growing problem and its current or potential impact on your workforce.
