This session will cover wage and hour threats for employers and best practices to avoid liability in 2014. We will discuss recent agency and private enforcement trends then focus on the top wage and hour mistakes made by employers. We’ll also cover some best practices in terms of conducting a wage and hour audit and protecting your company against the ever-popular wage and hour claims.
