The current workforce consists of at least four generations: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers and Millennials. Each generation presents unique assets, views and challenges. Please join Kim Vance and Meg Sutton for an interactive discussion on the different traits and characteristics of each generation. 

We will also discuss strategies on how to effectively communicate with, train and leverage the diverse views and working potential of each generation. 

Continuing Education Credit:
This program is pending CLE credit approval in the state of Tennessee. It has been submitted to the HR Certification Institute and SHRM for review.
