Please join Grady Garrison, Baker Donelson of counsel and co-chair of the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Litigation Roundtable Committee, and other professionals for a discussion of whether a corporate patent infringement defendant should be considered to reside for purposes of venue wherever it is subject to personal jurisdiction which may include districts far from its place of incorporation.
