Join attorneys from the Baker Donelson Disaster Recovery Group as they discuss the key requirements to ensure access to federal disaster recovery funding and the effective use of that funding.

During the program, the speakers will provide an overview of the FEMA Public Assistance Program and the procurement requirements for contracting using FEMA funding. They will also address Louisiana-specific contacts, processes, and open disasters.

Who should attend?
Representatives of public entities, including local and state governments, public hospitals and public school districts, as well as representatives of private non-profit entities that provide governmental-type services, including utilities, hospitals, custodial care facilities and private educational facilities, who are interested to learn more about FEMA funding and eligibility should register to join us for this event.

Continuing Education Credit:
This program has been approved for 2.0 credit hours of CLE in the state of Louisiana.
