Professional Biography

As a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group, Ms. McNair represents lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections and repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related acquisitions.

Before joining Baker Donelson, Ms. McNair clerked for the Honorable D. Sims Crawford, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division.
